- Dried Products (Jasmine tea, dried jasmine gift sets)
Unopened goods that remain resalable can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving your parcel. Once packages are opened, tasted or used, free returns will not be accepted without quality defects.
- Fresh-cut Jasmine Flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable agricultural goods. We do not support unconditional returns if there is no transit damage. If flowers arrive damaged, please provide photos within 24 hours after delivery, and we will offer reasonable solutions.
- Jasmine Skincare & Essential Oil Series
Unopened intact products can be returned within 7 days. Once opened, returns are only available for confirmed quality issues.
- Customized Orders
Custom gift packages, branded bulk customized products cannot be returned or exchanged without quality problems.If you receive defective, leaked or mismatched goods, please keep the parcel packaging and photos, and reach out to our customer service within 24 hours.
